Floyd Lucero, 24, Camp Verde, Failure To Appear, Bond $2500.



When citizens fail to pay their court fines and restitution, they will be put in Fines and Restitution Enforcement (F.A.R.E.). Further fees are imposed, driver's licenses are likely to be suspended, holds could be placed on automobile registrations, and state income tax refunds and lottery winnings are intercepted.

The difference is:
Robyn Wheeler, arrested and charged with child abuse etc, has not yet been sentenced for these offenses, the other guy has been to trial, or accepted a plea, and this is his sentence.
